Welcome to the official website of Ross-on-Wye Town Council

- The Neighbourhood Development Plan
As previously notified we are holding a 3-week consultation on how the NDP might best deal with the open issues relating to the Chase Hotel site.

The material is available here - with links also available from the NDP Facebook page, or on paper from the Town Council offices.

The deadline for responses (28th June) leaves just 3 working days before the NDP Steering Group will receive the results and any consequent amendments to the Plan itself.

The NDP Steering Group will meet on July 4th to consider the results and proposed changes to the Plan.

Any final adjustments to the Plan will be made on July 5th - at which point the proposed the Plan text will go to the Town Councillors for consideration and decision at their last meeting (July 8th) before the summer break.

If approved, the Plan text and all the supporting evidence will be re-submitted on July 9th, or very soon after, to Herefordshire Council for processing under Regulation 15 before the Regulation 16 public Consultation (this is managed by Herefordshire Council) can commence.

The, now outdated, Regulation 14 Plan text is still available here.
